Designation : Senior Network Executive- Information Technology
Job Description :
* Provide network operations support and Branch Rollout Suppor.
* Understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
* Analyzing and resolving network related faults.
* Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security.
* Helps install and improve computer software and network equipment.
* Monitoring network usage.
* Branch Roll Outs: Provide the 1st level co-ordination with 3rd party vendors to setup
network in branches.
* Inventory updates: Maintain inventory updates for network example:- Circuit details of Wan links, Switch details, VPN user details, ip address details of users, internet access details of users.
* Closely monitor the utilization of branch network and recommend for upgrade or
downgrade of bandwidth link corresponding to the network utilization.
* Ensuring internal customer satisfaction by understanding branch network issues and resolving them technically.

* Wide and detailed understanding of Network IT systems and processes required to
support a financial organization. Should be familiar with Cisco- Routers and switches, D-link access points, Websense and packet shaping technologies.
* Is able to drive a customer first culture within the function.
* Clearly demonstrate energy and perseverance towards achievement of goals.
* A qualified Engineer from an institute of repute. He/ she should have a sound understanding of IT processes and systems.
* Networking course such as CCNA, JNTCP would be an added advantage.
* Should have an overall experience of 3 to 4 years in IT and atleast 2 years in Networks.
* Vendor management for ensuring delivery as per the agreed timelines.
* Ensuring that the IT network infrastructure is available to the internal customers in the business at all required times.
* Values internal clients and responds to their needs as they arise.
* Establishes effective working relationship with internal clients.
* Follows established communication guidelines.
* Uses good judgment in what and how to communicate with internal clients.
