Mu Sigma�s scientific community, which consists of practitioners from leading educational institutions in the United States, enable us to cost effectively deploy cutting edge analytics for our clients.Desired Profile:* Experience in pharmaceutical industry* 2 - 4 years of experience in data rich environment* Sales force effectiveness ,Sales forecasting* Dashboards, Business Intelligence and data warehousing* Primary or secondary physician segmentation* Physician targeting and call planning* Product pricing, Incentive compensation etc.* Experience in global delivery will be preferred* Ability to develop, test and validate hypotheses* Ability to independently deliver or lead a small team towards delivering a project* Expert level knowledge of VBA* Knowledge of SAS / SPSS or other data mining tools; Good understanding of SQL* Experience of handling large volumes of data from Oracle / SQL databases* Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic* Masters / bachelors in Economics/Econometrics/ Operation research or Quantitative background* Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience: 2 - 4 years Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.
