Job Context
Driving execution of prepaid U&R Activities for effective revenue enhancement
Driving prepaid U&R activities by aligning the configuration, communication & performance tracking for the defined segmented base.
Performance Analysis of all Prepaid U&R
Analyzing the performance for each of the activities for pre & post promo period & draw usage/purchase behaviour & insights to be leveraged for future promos for revenue enhancement.
Customer Segmentation & Profiling.
2. Revenue enhancement through segmented U&R promotional offers.
* Identifying a segmented TG basis historical usage patterns.
* conceptualizing customized promotional offers for usage enhancement.
* Ensuring process sanctity & execution seamlessness in all the U&R promos.
2. Analysis
* Comprehensive data analysis for arriving at indicative trends of usage by the existing sub base.
3. Operations Management
* Coordinating with internal business teams for effective executions of U&R initiatives.
