SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
SAP Banking professionals design, implement and deploy SAP banking solutions.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities
• Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy
• Being recognized as an expert on one or more application vendors/products
• Creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions
• Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities
Qualifications
* Experience in core CRM components (Interaction Centre, Lead/Opportunity Management, Campaign Management, Cal/Account and Event Management, Correspondence/Document Management, Case Management)
* With experience in SAP CRM Business Suite for Banking Industry (Product configuration, Account Origination, Product Bundling, Credit Management, Total Commitment, FS Quotation) and
* Experience in SAP Marketing Sales and Services Real Time Offer Management (RTOM)
* • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
• 3-7 years of related experience
• University degree in a related field
