Designation: Relationship Manager – Key and Corporate Portfolio
Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Acquisition of New Key / Corporate Merchants (Key Account is a merchant which does more than 10 lakh of Card volumes monthly consistently while Corporate Account is any merchant which has presence in more than 3 cities or a single large establishment with card volumes of more than 1 crore monthly is classified as a Corporate Merchant )
* Working closely with the ECG / FIG and CBG teams within the territory to ensure maximum volumes being routed through our POS terminals
* Recruitment and training of the sales force and motivating and leading them from the front
* Excellent relationship management skills with peers in branches, Operations, Risk and Policy along with good rapport with seniors
* Cross Selling Products like - Auto Loan, Working Capital, Term Loan and LAP to the existing Merchants
* Enroll Existing Merchants with high Foreign Card Volumes for DCC like hotels, etc and increasing the DCC Penetration in the Portfolio.

* Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Background in Credit cards/ Merchant Acquiring business preferable.
