Designation : R&D Engineer Job Description :

* Developer with C++ and Java expertize.* Should have more than 4 years experience in Software Development.* Should have experience in C++, Java programming languages.* Should have experience in design and implmentation of complex features.* Should have experience in Unix, Windows OS etc.* Should have good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.* Should have experience in working in Telecom domain. Mobile network knowledge is preferred.* Should be a self starter and ability to drive the things.* Initiative, Proactive, and Self Motivated.* Problem solving, Trouble shooting skills are must.* Life testing of gears/gearboxes, failure analysis of gears.* Sound knowledge of AGMA/DIN/ISO gear standards.* Knowledge of manufacturing processes like forging, machining, assembly.* Experience in generation and quality checking of manufacturing drawings understanding company standards, GD&T.* Knowledge of design and engineering change processes.* Good communication and analytical skills.Company Profile :Nokia Siemens Network start as an undisputed industry leader with the scale and ambition to become the number one enabler of communication services.
