b) Support on NPI/PLM Help Desk and Business Administration activities, Provide workaround solutions for critical issues
c) User requirement study , Functional/ Integration testing
d) User training to end users and Front end to users on trouble shooting .
e) Documentation of new configuration, process enhancement, help desk & Improvement for future reference.
f) Discussion & execution of enhancement with endusers & Implementing the same in system by adhering to plans & schedules

3) Exposure to any PLM solution. -wind-chill/team centre/e-matrix . 4) Experience in CAD/CAM is preferable
