• Impart training to new Joinees as per guidelines
• Ensure targets on certification scores are achieved
• Improve knowledge / Audit scorers through refresher program
• Deliver training man days as per guidelines
• Appear for monthly knowledge test and meet expected level of knowledge
• Maintain batch data
• Regular classroom and On the Job training for all employees
• Monitor performance and organize for customized trainings for teams
• Preparing Quarterly & Yearly reports of Training
